MY ROLE – UI, UX, merchandise
CHALLENGE, PROCESS
& SOLUTION
The organization offers programs for youth, organizes events, collects donations and has its own merchandise line. Building an online store was necessary because they wanted to provide a place with all that information for their clients. They invited me as UI/UX designer and our design team developed the online store structure, created wireframes in Figma, tested the prototype and created a design system. While designing the web store we had some design restrictions and we communicated with the developer about possible design solutions. The biggest challenge was to design a coherent design system that can be applied to products, donation systems, events etc. and is aligned with selected business management software.
Almost all merchandise designs in the online store are also my work and together with Kaja, we are constantly improving designs, collecting feedback from clients and expanding the offer.
